Last Sunday evening at MVBC, Ricky Hutchins made the excellent point in his devotional that David responded to God's mercy by singing His praises. We should, therefore, sing with our whole heart, and even come to the Sunday morning service prepared to sing. Ricky concluded his message by reminding us of a great hymn where Robert Robinson prayed that the Lord would tune our hearts so we could sing of God's grace:
Come, Thou Fount of every blessing,
Tune my heart to sing Thy grace;
Streams of mercy, never ceasing,
Call for songs of loudest praise.
Take some time before you gather with the body on Sunday morning to pray that God would tune your heart.
